I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with the holidays. I was that girl—chugging a protein shake before a party, leaving early because nothing fit my diet, or showing up with my own “approved” meal🫣.
If I wasn’t controlling every bite like a traffic cop, I was eating everything that wasn’t nailed down.
This cycle went on for years until I reached my breaking point. The
yo-yoing had to stop, something had to change.
So, a few holidays ago, I created my own list of non-negotiables.
A plan that let me enjoy the season, be social, and still feel in control without losing my 💩. And now, I’m here to help you find that same balance.
